Deposit Requirements

Balance due 7 days prior to arrival. No refunds if cancelled in less than 60 days.
High Season Policy
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds if canceled in less than 60 days.
Holiday Policy
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. No refunds if canceled in less than 60 days.
Cancellations & Changes
Reservations, cancellations or changes are accepted at no penalty if received prior to sixty days before arrival. Deposit, less any credit card charges, will be refunded. A full refund is available if a hurricane (as defined by the U.S. National Weather Service) is predicted in the duration of your stay.
